Info: The tile’s were made in collaboration with the Tate gallery for the 1983 retrospective exhibition for John Piper. The making of these tiles in 1982 were full of problems in the firing of the tiles constantly cracking so they decided to stop the making of them which makes them quite rare. Also to find them in good condition this pair are in excellent condition with the firing marks to the reverse and also the Fulham pottery. Stamp indentation..
