Who we are

This website is run by Bebb Fine Art, 3 The Square, Church Stretton, SY6 6DA. You can email us at bebbfineart@aol.com. Our current contact details are always on our contact page.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a message through the contact form, or ask about a work on its page, we receive your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message, and your answers to any questions on the form, such as which work you are asking about or what your message is about. If you add photographs (of a work you would like to sell, for example), we receive those too.

We use these only to reply to you and to deal with what you asked about. The message is stored on the website and emailed to us, and we keep it until we delete it.

Who looks after it for us

The website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design, who process this information on our behalf and deliver the website's email. Photographs sent with a message are stored privately and are never shown on the website.

Cookies

The website sets a session cookie and a security cookie, which every visitor needs for the site and its forms to work. The website's own count of visitors is cookieless.

If we switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags in future, a banner will ask you first, and nothing of theirs is set until you accept. Your answer is remembered in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may change this policy from time to time. The date at the top says when it last changed.
